- Pay via Zelle: Send payments to 281-932-9207 (goes directly to ABPW bank account).
- Pay by Credit Card/ACH: Contact our treasurer who will invoice you with a payment link for our Melio payment processor- [email protected].
- Pay by check via snail mail: Make check payable to ABPW and send to: PO Box 58411, Webster TX 77598-8411
- Pay by cash or check in person: Bring your payment to your ABPW monthly meetings and turn it in at the registration table or to our treasurer.

Doors open at 7:30 am. Meeting starts promptly at 8:00am.
Please register to attend monthly meetings. Deadline to register is 5pm on Monday before the Thursday meeting.

Clear Creek ISD Superintendent of Schools
Dr. Karen Engle
From a student to a superintendent, the story of Dr. Karen Engle is unique. Karen attended Clear Lake City Elementary, Webster Intermediate, and graduated from Clear Lake High School. She went on to pursue a career in education which brought her right back to CCISD. Over her career, she served as an assistant principal, elementary and high school principal, and as an assistant superintendent of secondary education. She retired in December 2021.
In December 2022, the CCISD Board of Trustees named Dr. Karen Engle as the superintendent of school for the Clear Creek Independent School District, where she proudly serves today.
In 2024, the Texas PTA named Dr. Engle the Superintendent of the Year.
Dr. Engle has a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University, a master’s degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and a doctorate from Bethel University.
She is married with two grown children and one granddaughter.
